Refund policy
Changed your mind? Get in touch within 30 days of purchase and we’ll sort you out. We’ll usually ask that you cover return shipping to us and that it arrives back in sellable condition (unopened ingredients and unused equipment). We’ll then provide an exchange, credit, or refund — your choice.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. You will be refunded the order total less the shipping cost incurred in getting the item back to us.
Unfortunately we can’t accept returns on any open or used items. If there is an issue with your items after you’ve opened it, please send us a message ay info@cooksmitp.com and we’ll rectify.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@cooksmitp.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
